MAYOR’S REPORT
In accordance with the provisins of Article 176.2.2 of the Municpal Code of Québec, at this regular meeting of the municpal council on June 2nd, 2025, I report to the citizens of Stanbridge East the highlights of the financial report and the report of the external auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT POLICY
Resulting of Bill 76, the « Contract management policy » is adopted pursuant to Section 938.1.2 of the Municipal Code. The present policy comes into force from the time of its adoption by the municipal council and is effective as of January 1, 2011. Consult the Contract management policy

A Reminder to residents served by the municipal sewage system
All septic tanks must be connected to the municipal sewage system by June 30th, 2010.
An application form “Request for connection to the municipal sewer system” is available at the Town Hall from the Director General, Nicole Blinn, and must be filled out before any connection is made.
This permit is free and insures that each septic tank conforms to the municipal by-law and that the water softener backwash and sump pump are not connected to the network.
